Le chanteur québécois Garou a conquis le monde entier grâce à son timbre de voix particulier. Celui qui n’a jamais été seul n’a jamais été aussi bien entouré !

Philippe Garand, alias Garou est né à Sherbrooke, au Québec. A 3 ans, ses parents lui offrent une guitare. Ses débuts de scolarité se déroulent sans encombres jusqu’à l’âge de 14 ans où il entre dans une période de rébellion. Il abandonne les études quelques années plus tard pour se consacrer entièrement à la musique.

En 1995, il forme le groupe The Untouchables, qui remporte un franc succès dans son pays natal. Par son charisme, Garou se fait remarquer par Luc Plamondon qui lui offre un peu plus tard le rôle de Quasimodo dans la comédie musicale Notre-Dame de Paris. Le succès en France de la chanson « Belle » le verra propulser sur le devant de la scène.

En 2000, Garou enregistre son premier album, intitulé « Solo », dans lequel figure le duo avec Céline Dion, « Sous le vent », catapulté au sommet des ventes de singles. Les tubes « Seul », « Je n’attendais que vous » et « Gitan » contribueront également au succès de l’album.

Après la sortie d’un album et d’un DVD live à Bercy, Garou effectue son grand retour fin 2003 avec l’album « Reviens », entouré de grands auteurs-compositeurs comme Jean-Jacques Goldman et Gérald De Palmas.

Sofia Essâïdi est née le 6 Août 1984 à Casablanca (Maroc).

Dès l'age de 5 ans, Sofia se découvre une passion pour la danse et le chant. Elle débute par des cours de danse et apprend le piano puis elle s'inscrit à un cours de chant.

Une fois son Bac en poche, elle quitte sa ville natale pour poursuivre ses études en France et se consacrer au chant.
Elle entend parler de "Star Ac" et décide de se présenter, son talent et son caractère lui permettent d'entrer au Chateau.

Sofia, malgré sa défaite face à Elodie Frégé, sort son premier album le 22 Août prochain. A la suite de ses prestations, elle a été remarquée par la maison de disque Mercury avec laquelle elle a signé un contrat.
